RETURNS/ExChanges.

To initiate a return order, please fill out the details below and submit the form. Once we have received your return request, we will email you to confirm the return address. Please note that all returned garments must arrive back to us in their original condition and within 14 days of the original purchase date. All clothing tags must be in place and product must remain unworn.

Once the return has been submitted via the form, we will generate and send a return label to your email address. Exchanges will be dispatched, and refunds issued, once the original product has been received and appraised.

Janus Golf reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges, or issue partial refunds, if the returned item(s) do not meet the above conditions.
