RETURNS/ExChanges.
To initiate a return order, please fill out the details below and submit the form. Once we have received your return request, we will email you to confirm the return address. Please note that all returned garments must arrive back to us in their original condition and within 30 days of the original purchase date. All clothing tags must be in place and product must remain unworn.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item sent). Any returns that do not meet this requirement will be refused. Exchanges will be dispatched once the original product has been received and appraised. We recommend using a trackable and insured return method to ensure the safe return of items. Unfortunately, we cannot provide return shipping labels at this time.
Janus Golf reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges, or issue partial refunds, if the returned item(s) do not meet the above conditions.
