Where are you garments made?
All of our on-course Blade Polos are proudly designed, manufactured and finished here in the UK. In order to supply you with the optimal products, some fabrics may be sourced from overseas.
Our off-course range will vary depending on supplier, but are generally sourced from Asian and US markets. All of our products, regardless of origin, are designed and finished in the UK.
Are your manufacturing processes ethical?
Our garments proudly made in the UK, ensure ethical manufacturing standards, fair wages, and high-quality craftsmanship. We’re committed to responsible production that supports local industries and upholds excellent working conditions. We have carried out a factory visit to see the operation firsthand.
When purchasing from overseas, we carefully select suppliers to ensure they uphold standards our customers would expect to see from our brand.
wHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All of our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail and will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the time of your order.
what is your returns policy?
We offer 14 day returns on all items. This is provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition it was originally sold - this means that all tags must be on the garment, and it MUST remain unworn and undamaged. We must receive the return within 14 days from the original purchase date. Any items not in their original condition will NOT qualify for a refund. Janus Golf reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if the items do not meet these conditions and are not due to a product fault or malfunction. Can i exchange an item?
Items can be exchanged for a new size or colour. Exchanges can be submitted via the form on our Returns & Exchanges page. Please take time to read our returns policy in the above FAQ to ensure your item(s) meet the conditions.
what does the “v” mean in “JANVS”?
The ancient Romans did not have a letter “U”, as we would recognise it today, in their alphabet. A “U” was represented by a “V”, and to keep our brand typography true to the roman world, brand scripts will appear in roman form.
what does “SVPER OMNIA” mean?
Our brand tagline is taken from Latin and can be translated as “Above All/Superior”.
